Nightly rate plus $300 maintenance and 11% tax. $1,000 holds the dates. Balance is due 90 days before you arrive. Electronic check or a mailed check — we don’t take cards.
How booking works
You have the place to yourselves. Dave confirms every reservation. There is no Instant Book, and we don’t take credit cards.
By season
Arrive any day of the week. The numbers on the cards are the nightly rate only. Add $300 maintenance and 11% tax. Ask Dave for a total on your dates.

How to pay
$1,000 at booking. Remaining balance 90 days before you arrive.
512 Blue Mountain Rd, Chimacum, WA 98325 — Dave’s house. Don’t put 512 on a map. The house you’ll stay in is 516.
Nightly × nights, plus $300 maintenance, plus 11% tax. Ask Dave for a total on your dates.
Payments are non-refundable. If we rebook your dates, we refund all but $500.
Extra guests for the day
Day guests are allowed with a $3,000 fee and a 50-person cap. Overnight is still 25.
Call before you print invitations. This is a family house, not a wedding venue.
